Massive congratulations to William Moynihan, who drove brilliantly last August 18, 2024 morning, passing his test on his FIRST ATTEMPT with just one driving fault!

I have known you since the day you were born, as you live next door to my mum, and you’ve been on my waiting list since you were 11 years old. I put a spanner in the works though, when I changed my car to automatic last year, and you wanted to learn in a manual. But thanks to Alex for letting us borrow her car for 3 days, we managed to get enough practice done in a dual-controlled manual car, before doing the test of the lessons and test in your family car. We’ve had some great laughs and chats on lessons, and I still laugh when I think of the answer you gave to the question about which animals and birds we may come across on our Tiaras road lesson which might be a hazard? I can honestly say you’re the only person who said beaver and pelican!
Thanks for inviting me to sit in on your test. It was lovely to see you driving to such a high standard and to receive compliments from your examiner too!
I love the picture your lovely sister Charlotte had drawn for you with a box for pass and one for fail for you to tick!
I’m looking forward to seeing your first-ever car, and hopefully, you can take me for a little drive (although I know I’d better not make any crumbs, as you’ve already mentioned that anyone who does will have to hoover them up!
