What a fantastic start to the new year for Joanne Franklin. Who has only gone and passed her driving test last January 2, 2024. On being told the good news by her examiner, she just burst into tears and said it’s taken me 35 years to achieve this! I’m absolutely over the moon for you Joanne. You’ve been so determined to get to this point, and have persevered and stuck with it.
My first contact with you was last year when initially you wanted to book manual lessons for your lovely son Jake, who passed last February. Then when I mentioned I was changing my car to automatic, you decided to restart your lessons again.
When you said to me a few months ago that you aimed to pass before Christmas…I jokingly said, “Which Christmas?”. Little did I know that I was just about to break my ankle and have to reschedule my test. Then, when your December test was canceled with only 12 hours’ notice by DVSA, we had to wait till January!
Well, you’ve achieved your goal of passing before Christmas 2024. You’ll be an experienced driver by then!
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed your company, and can’t wait to see a photo of your new car.
