Shreeya’s found her Pot of Gold!

What could be better than finding a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow? A driving test pass certificate!

Massive congratulations to Shreeya Dhakal, who had to contend with blinding sunshine, glare from wet roads, hail storm and torrential rain during her driving test. But she still passed, today the 9^th December 2022, with only 5 driving faults. Well done Shreeya!

You text me last night telling me how nervous you were, and you lit candles in your shrine and prayed for a good result today. Your prayers were certainly answered, as you managed to keep yourself together throughout the drive, which included an excellent parallel park manoeuvre and emergency stop.

You have had to make many train journeys from Birmingham University, to continue lessons with me on the Wirral. I feel like I’ve got to know your lovely family fairly well over the past few years. First your Mum, Usha, then your sister Sarah, and now you complete the set!

I hope you have many years of safe and happy driving, and wish you well with your degree course to become a pharmacist. I’m sure you’ll do well.
