25October 2021
Many congratulations to Affan Salman, who has just passed his driving test on his FIRST ATTEMPT in early morning rush hour of 25th October 2021. Well done Affan, that’s a fantastic result!
You have such a busy schedule being in your final year as a medical student, and I honestly don’t know how you’ve managed to fit in driving lessons with the long hours you have to put in at the hospital, not to mention the studying for your exams. But you have shown that being disciplined and organised with the little free time that you have, it is possible to achieve this goal today.
I know how close you are to your family, and it was lovely that you were able to speak with your mum in India directly before your test, knowing that she would be praying for you throughout the drive. Well, her prayers have been answered, and I’m sure your whole family will be so proud of your achievement.
You are hoping to get a car soon, and top of your list of places to drive is London, to visit your grandmother. I’m sure she will be thrilled to see you. Just let me know as soon as you are ready for a motorway lesson.
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed our time together on lessons, and our little chats. I’m still in complete shock about the COVID changes to the driving test in India that you were telling me about!
I wish you every success with your final exams, and hope you achieve your ambition of becoming a doctor very soon.
