Fantastic drive by Minhaj Rahman, who passed his driving test this afternoon, 16th September, on his very FIRST attempt with very few driving faults….Well done Minhaj, he totally deserved today’s result. It was so funny watching him trying to get his provisional licence out of his wallet at the end when the examiner asked for it. I thought we were going to have to cut it out with some scissors, before she changed her mind! He said he just feel so relieved that he’d passed, and the massive smile that he had on his face was so lovely to see. I’ve never seen so many friends and neighbours asking someone how they did as they arrived back home after their test. So many people congratulating him when he proudly showed them his certificate, and that was before he’d stepped into the house to tell his family! (One lady even asked me for my business card…he was such a good advert!) He’s always been a quick learner, and excellent at manoeuvres from very early on. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every lesson with him. We’ve had some good laughs and I’ve even learnt a new way of putting my seatbelt on! I hope he enjoys his celebrations tonight, and if he decides to do motorways or Pass Plus, he knows where I am. Best of luck for the future Minhaj!
