Just days later, on Friday 4th September 2020 we get to say huge congratulations to Sarah Dhakal, who passed her test this afternoon on her FIRST attempt!
It was a brilliant drive and well done to Sarah! A particularly impressive performance, as the test was only booked 4 days ago, which meant we had to cram in a lot of lessons over the past 3 days.
Thank you so much to my other pupils, who agreed to swap their lesson times, so that I could spend the extra time with Sarah! It really paid off today, and I’m so happy that she got the result she deserved.
It’s hard to believe that only 2 weeks ago, she sent me a screenshot of the DVSA online driving test booking system showing that she was 235,439th in the queue to book a test! and that was after 5 hours! (She was almost losing the will to live!).
What a difference 2 weeks can make! She was desperate to pass before she started at Glasgow University, and now she has.
It was lovely to see how happy and proud her family were, when we arrived back home. You can see the really beautiful pictures on Facebook.
Last year her Mum passed, now she’s passed, and her sister is next….it’s only her Dad who had a different instructor!
I hope all goes well in Scotland for her, it’s been lovely spending time together on lessons.
